Legal Notice and Regulatory Framework
At Biocann, we work with commitment, respect, and responsibility in the development, cultivation, and production of cannabis-derived products for medicinal purposes, within the legal framework in force in the Argentine Republic.
Our activities are authorized under National Law No. 27,350 , which regulates the medicinal use of cannabis, and we are authorized by the Ministry of Health for scientific research and development (R&D). This authorization allows us to carry out controlled cultivation, the production of derivatives, and their traceability, under professional technical supervision and under safe health conditions.
In compliance with Resolution 1780/2025 of the Ministry of Health , Biocann is in the process of registering as a Permitted Legal Entity (PJP) in the REPROCANN Registry , which enables us to link users who require medicinal products derived from cannabis, directly and legally, through service and dispensing agreements.
Furthermore, in accordance with current provincial regulations in Chubut, including the Salomé Law, which establishes mechanisms for access to medicinal cannabis through pharmacies under Law X71, and dispensaries authorized to provide access to REPROCANN users and those in the provincial REUSCH registry, with a medical prescription.
We are licensed by INASE (National Seed Institute) as an authorized operator to work with cannabis genetics, in the AFH category.
We are processing production and industrialization licenses from ARICCAME, in accordance with the regime established by Law No. 27,669 and its national regulations.
We are registered with SENASA as an agro-industrial and plant traceability operator, within the framework of compliance with health standards for the primary production and processing of species of special interest such as cannabis.
We are registered with ANMAT in the BIOCANN registry as an establishment authorized to work with controlled substances.

People registered and linked to BIOCANN in REPROCANN, through the contracting of services.
Civil health organizations (NGOs), which access regular provision for their associated patients under specific agreements;
Dispensaries and pharmacies under Law X71 Associated, within the framework of the Salomé Law (Chubut Province).
Chargeable donation schemes, intended for registered users, with traceability, documentation of use, and clinical research purposes.
Every product developed by Biocann is fully traceable from cultivation to destination, with the corresponding quality controls and clinical follow-up, as appropriate.
