Cancellation Policy

🩺 Comprehensive Medical Consultation Services Policy – BIOCANN® At BIOCANN®, we provide specialized medical services in the therapeutic use of cannabis, aimed at ensuring professional, safe, and traceable care for each patient. 🔹 Scope This policy applies to all medical consultations offered by BIOCANN®, including: Initial medical consultation (with or without REPROCANN) for patient evaluation. Clinical follow-up and follow-up consultation Management and renewal of REPROCANN registration 🔹 General Conditions Consultations are personal and non-transferable, and are conducted by licensed professionals. All patients must complete medical documentation and provide informed consent before receiving care. Payment is due in advance to confirm the appointment. Consultations can be virtual or in-person, depending on availability and clinical requirements. 🔹 Connection with BIOCANN® REPROCANN management, clinical follow-up, and access to medicinal products are available only to patients linked to BIOCANN® with an active membership plan. 🔹 Cancellations and Rescheduling Rescheduling can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or a "no show" are considered missed appointments with no refund. In the event of rescheduling by BIOCANN®, the patient may opt for a new appointment or a full refund. 🔹 Confidentiality All medical and personal information is protected under Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times. 🔹 Professional Judgment The indications, dosages, and treatments are at the sole discretion of the treating medical professional, in accordance with Law No. 27,350 and Law I No. 790 (Salomé Law), ensuring the responsible and legal use of medical cannabis. 💚 At BIOCANN®, we prioritize your health with ethics, science, and ongoing support.
